What is the working principle of this whole set of equipment?

This system realizes scanning and weighing the existing numbered products, recording the Serial NO., Date and Time, Operator ID,Product NO. & Weight info, etc. through U disk, printing related labels, and sending the info to the PC through Bluetooth UKEY.

What is the steps of JIK-6 Indicator External Device Applications?

1. Firstly, we put the product on the weighing platform for weighing.

2. After the weight stable, JIK-6 displays its weight, and it will also generates a Serial NO. and saves its data to the USART module of JIK-6 in the backstage.

4. Then scan the operator ID.

5.After recording the operator ID, the USART will immediately integrate the data, combine the Serial NO., Date and Time, Weighing info, Product NO. & Operator ID into a single data, 

which will be transmitted to the printer, U disk and Bluetooth U-KEY simultaneously .

6. On the PC side, you can view the data received by the Bluetooth UKEY. You can see that the data records the Serial NO., Date and Time,Operator ID,Product NO.and Weighting info in detail, which can be used for secondary development.

7. Open the U disk, you will see that the U disk module has generated a csv file based on the weighing date. The file can be used for ERP importing.
